Directions for use on Pet:
- Start with Natural Chemistry's Waterless Bath all over the pet, especially the face to break down skunk oils.
- Dilute concentrated formula (3:1) for use (preferably in a large pitcher). Shake bottle and mix one part of Skunks Etc. with three parts of lukewarm water.
- Hold pet's face upward and pour product over face and down pet's back. Focus on where pet was directly skunked. Be sure to reach down to skin. Do not rinse, allow to air dry.
- If Skunks Etc. does not come in contact with odor source, repeat above with 1:1 formulation.
Directions for use on Carpet & Upholstery:
- Test fabric or carpet for colorfastness.
- Dilute concentrated formula (3:1) for use. Shake bottle and mix one part of Skunks Etc. with three parts of lukewarm water.
- Work thoroughly into surface, making sure to saturate well. Make sure Skunks Etc. comes in contact with odor source. Do not rinse, allow to air dry.
- If Skunks Etc. does not come in contact with odor source, repeat above with 1:1 formulation.
For everyday use: * Eliminate Cat Spray & Smell. Saturate area well with product. Let air dry. * Remove Candle Wax from Carpet: Saturate area well, leave on for 10 minutes, remove wax particles, blot area with towel and allow to air dry. * Great as a Spot Cleaner: Saturate stain spots, leave for 15 minutes, then carpet clean over them - removes a ll non-living organic stains! * Great as a Carpet Cleaner: Pour full bottle in carpet cleaning machine (instead of usual carpet cleaning product). Cleans and removes odors!
For gardeners/farmers: To remove cow manure stains from clothing, pre-soak clothing with product (approximately 1/4 of the bottle). Then wash laundry with your usual laundry soap product.
For hunters: To remove human scent from clothing, pour approximately 1/4 of the bottle into the washer without laundry soap product (also works to remove stains and odors from clothing).
Store below 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not allow product to freeze.

Of all the orders we've made this one would take the longest EVER to get here. Seemed promising when applied and then was gone after rinsing. Dog smells like it happened 5 minutes ago and it's been 7 days and 87 remedies later. Worked on laundry.

One of our dogs was hit in the face. The product worked amazingly well. The odor was gone from her within 24 hours of the initial application. We had to use it at almost full strength, but it absolutely worked. I now keep extra bottles at home just in case.

My dogs killed a skunk in our back yard, and before I realized what had happened I let them back into the house. Needless to say, the dogs reeked and the smell permeated everything in the house as well. I ran out to a local pet store, and on the recommendation of an employee, purchased Skunks Etc. Not only did it completely remove the skunk smell from the dogs, our carpeting, drapes, clothing and furniture, but I now use it for all my stain and odor removal needs. Great for cleaning my car, I pre-treat laundry stains with it, completely eliminates our dog/cat "accidents" from the carpeting (both as a spot treatment and in our carpet shampooer).
