It works!

I have not tried this as a stand alone product but have started using it in addition to a topical flea/heartworm medication. Our dog is very sensitive to flea bites

I have not tried this as a stand alone product but have started using it in addition to a topical flea/heartworm medication. Our dog is very sensitive to flea bites and she still gets a breakthrough flea here or there even with medication. Towards the end of the month as the medication efficacy wanes the bites get worse. She gets itchy welts and hot spots from the bites. I have tried everything and have really put my all into battling these pests to no avail until I started using this. Because it is a dust I don’t want any of us breathing this in large quantities. I apply it from neck to tail, along the spine and under the coat, just before we go out for a walk. I apply it a little heavier around the rump and tail where the fleas tend to frequent. I only do this once a week. So far it has been a blessing and my dog is not getting bitten up by fleas! My dog is an Aussie so she has lots of coat and that double coat seems to trap the powder in. Short hair dogs might need more frequent application? Her fur does get that “dry shampoo” feeling to it after use but this is so worth it because it WORKS. No detectable smell to me or my dog.
