where is this made and sourced?

The salad is prepared and packed by a family farm and producer in Bavaria, Germany. The majority of the ingredients are grown on their own farm or sourced from the local region. Some of the ingredients like the rose petals and marigold, they sourced from other counties.

Is this okay for mice?

found a cigarette butt in the mix and customer service for the brand (not chewy) essentially told me they can’t guarantee their products wouldn’t be contaminated

found a cigarette butt in the mix and customer service for the brand (not chewy) essentially told me they can’t guarantee their products wouldn’t be contaminated in this way and said my bunny wouldn’t have ate it. i know him and he would’ve at least tried it if i didn’t find it before giving it to him. bought this product for years but will never again

Nice mix of herbs and flowers.

My chinchilla LOVES this stuff. I’ve given him the dandelion one which he liked as well but not as much as he likes this mix.

My rabbit loves this product, but I went to give some and found a small shell when I poured into my rabbit's bowl. I understand this product being natural and everything,

I understand this product being natural and everything, but snail shells seem like they should have been caught in Quality Control before reaching my house. I don't know if my rabbit would have eaten it but I'll be looking much more carefully though these bags in the future.
