When this order came in, the box was smashed up and the shampoo bottle was leaking. Whoever packed this needs common sense and better training on how to package products. Common sense says "this shampoo bottle is going to get smashed because of the 2 bags of litter and 2 bags of kibbles in this order. So maybe the shampoo bottle should be put into a smaller box and then put the smaller box into the bigger box with the rest of the order." I dont know who's to blame, the chewy company, the location who did the packing/shipping, or maybe the individual themselves didnt care and just throws stuff in a box and moves on to the next order. If an order has something breakable or small, im willing to bet it gets thrown in like everything else with no extra care for it. Something should be done because this problem could come up again for other orders. Better training, more packing material, better attention/accountability (on the individuals part), etc. can be a very easy solution
