Dogs hate it
I have 11 can left and they refused it. They do not like it and it smells horrible. The worst part is I can’t return it.
Dogs don't like
I raise and breed miniatures dachshunds. My dogs are normally not choosy about their canned food. Bought this food for variety. Added to their kibble for over a week. Dogs don't like it and very expensive. Wish I hadn't bought.
I am glad to have quality commercial food to feed my dog. I feed him Nature's Logic as well as a homemade meatloaf recipe and he enjoys both. I feel good that he is getting only quality human grade ingredients and am grateful for this option.
I love Nature’s Logic dry & wet food and so does my GSD. Healthy, high protein without fillers, peas, legumes and potatoes. Great variety of proteins too!
My Dog Gobbles it up
My dog Sammy can’t eat this Sardine Feast fast enough. He has always been a picky eater but now he looks forward to eating.....licks the plate clean.
Made my dog throw up
I have been feeding Nature’s Logic—beef, chicken, and rabbit—to my dog for several months now, and I like the high-quality nutrition. But even though I transitioned my dog slowly from the rabbit to the sardine feast, the first time he had a meal of just the sardine, he threw up twice. (He did seem to love it, but he’ll eat anything, lol.) So I guess I’ll go back to the other flavors. I just wish I hadn’t bought a whole case of sardine.
my dogs really don't like this "flavor"
My dogs usually love Nature's Logic canned foods and I feel good about the ingredients, but this "flavor" is definitely not one they enjoy. I got it hoping it would help one of my dogs whose coat/skin tends to be dry, but if she won't eat it, it can't help her. I'm heading back to turkey or beef!
Four Paws Down
I couldn't give it 5 stars because Ben didn't like it. However, it is great nutrition, but if your dog doesn't like it what's great ingredients do???
Super healthy and fishy
Sardines are one of the healthiest fish for dogs packed full of vitamins and nutrients. Natures logic as a brand uses high quality ingredients and being able to offer a canned food from them is a delight to my pups. This does have a strong smell, it’s fish, but I can pinch my nose for their better health.
Good ingredients but horrible smell
Compared to other canned dog food, this brand uses better ingredients (2 stars for that). However, I would never recommend this flavor of food. The smell was overpowering the minute I opened the can, and if by chance you have a dog that might regurgitate food (like my dog), it will take a lot to get the fish smell out of fabric or carpet. I don't know what they were thinking making canned sardine dog food.
