My vet tells me that "dental" cat treats can be useful if they are porous and the cat actually CHEWS them. These treats were SO tiny (smaller even than my cat's

My vet tells me that "dental" cat treats can be useful if they are porous and the cat actually CHEWS them. These treats were SO tiny (smaller even than my cat's regular dry food) I can't imagine how they can fill either of these criteria for "good" dental treats. Additionally, I tried to give these treats to my cat for 6 days and he turned his nose up every time. I even tried to mix them in with treats he *does* like, or give them to him last so that he's already chewing, but he eats all the treats I give him except these. I'll be donating these to someone who hopefully has better luck.

I received this expired treat that was ONE YEAR past its expiration date. I didn't notice that I had given it to my cat, which caused her to have diarrhea due to her sensitive digestive system. I can't believe that Chewy would sell expired items for one year to customers. When I told them about this, they only gave me a refund and didn't offer any help to my cat.I always buy things for my cat at Chewy, but it has disappoints me.

both of my cats are fans, found it’s better to give them a small handful, when i let my cat try one she gulped it down without chewing! the handful gets them crunching

Still too soon to see if they are helping their teeth, but i have noticed their breath isn’t as stinky. both cats are almost to the point of responding to my call-out “toothbrush! toothbrush”!
