The bird feeder was delivered this afternoon. Upon opening we unfortunately noticed the bottom portion was broken. We would like a replacement.

I love everything about this feeder but it has a flaw. Fortunately, we have very few squirrels in my neighborhood but it only takes one. The flip open top is a great way to fill feeder but it needs something the hold the top in place. A small hook that hold it down.
The seed does not get scattered as easily and liberally
