What is the vegetable oil consist of? The lechithin? My dog has a severe soy allergy.

NaturVet lecithin comes from sunflowers. Their vegetable oil is a combination with no one vegetable source. This supplement does not contain soy.

It's like she's a puppy again

We got this for our Libby. She is 14 now. Last year, 2022, we had to put both of her friends (Chipper & Friday) to sleep. She was really starting to show her age. So we thought we'd try this to see if it would help. It did!! She not only thoroughly loves it but she is like puppy again, in short spurts. We highly recommend this. Some have commented on the smell. Unless you get your face down into it, you don't really smell it at all.

A Bit Too Early to Tell

First, yes, this stuff smells terrible. It's fish-based. Second, my dog freaking loves it. We adopted her from a rescue that saves Aruban street dogs and despite her start in life, she can often take or leave food. Once this is added, however, she'll eat everything in minutes. So even though I have yet to see the impacts on her coat, at least it ensures she eats in a timely manner.

Awful Packaging and Odor

At our Sanctuary about 25% of our Residents will eat it embedded in their food. 75% are refusals, and those are the ones that need it the most!! The bottle is horrid - gets sticky and leaves rings no matter how carefully you wipe it down. No pump provided with the bottle. Better packaging, please, at minimum

Phenomenal Product!

Our cat has Calicivirus, Chronic Rhionitis, Respiratory, and skin issues. We started our cat on this a week ago and her skin has already cleared up. She is so full of life and extra energetic. Her breathing seems and sounds a lot better! We give her the recommended dose by syringe orally every night, in which right after she gets her favorite treat. Highly recommend this product if you don't mind giving it orally once a day, by syringe. She doesn't mind it that way and loves the smell, however, she will not eat it.

Can't get my dog OR cat to eat this!

I've tried this in water, chicken stock, on wet food, on dry food, in small amounts, in larger amounts - CANNOT GET MY PETS TO EAT IT. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Stinky Dog!

I am absolutely sure this is a great product, but after the first use my dogs smelled like Salmon oil, and it would not relent. The smell was even present after the dreaded bath. Could just be my dogs, but I will not be using it again.

Good product, bad packaging

No complaints about the product itself, but the PACKAGING is horrible. The cap is always slimy, even though I cleaned it after the previous use. The bottle always leaves a ring on the table. I don’t know how it leaks, but it does. And for a product with such a small dose, it’s crazy to have a bottle mouth this huge. Imagine soy sauce in a mayonnaise jar. This product should have the same bottle as ArthriSoothe Gold.
