Would it work on block walls to keep cats out of our yard? I don't want to repel our dog from our planters, just cats (and squirrels!).

Non working spray top

The spray top on this bottle does not work. Nothing comes out when the nozzle is on "spray" & nothing comes out on the "stream" setting either. It's a shame, because

The spray top on this bottle does not work. Nothing comes out when the nozzle is on "spray" & nothing comes out on the "stream" setting either. It's a shame, because now I've got to go buy an empty spray bottle to transfer the liquid in, before I can even use it once. We just wanted you to be aware, incase other customers send in the same complaint about the spray top on this product. The manufacturer should know they are shipping out faulty spray bottles & costing consumers extra money because they then have to go buy an empty working spray bottle to pour this product into, BEFORE they can even use it!! Thank you.
