I bought this grooming device at the recommendation of a rabbit groomer, primarily to help with my short-haired rabbit’s heavy and hard-to-manage sheds. With the vacuum + brush attachment, I was able to get my rabbit cleaner of shed hair than I have ever been able to with just combs and brushes. The noise definitely startles him, but is quiet enough that I think it’s something he can get used to. It also works great for weekly maintenance of my short-haired cat. I have used the clipper attachments for my medium & large dogs (Australian & German shepherds) and it’s been the quickest, easiest, cleanest grooming sessions I’ve ever had with them. I am so much more confident using this Neakasa machine than I have been with standard, loud, bulky clippers. As long as it keeps working as well as it is now, I highly recommend this product and am satisfied that this is the model of vacuuming grooming devices I went with.

Because it is quieter it is less powerful

I was expecting more suction but it should have been obvious that quieter meant less powerful. The attachments do not really work for my dogs. I have a 12 lb shaggy

I was expecting more suction but it should have been obvious that quieter meant less powerful. The attachments do not really work for my dogs. I have a 12 lb shaggy mutt and a 60 lb short hair and it really does not capture their hair.

No hair anywhere

Less expensive that 1 trip to a groomer

I love to have our dogs groomed professionally but some time you just need a touch up and this is perfect for in between trips to the groomer. It cost less than

I love to have our dogs groomed professionally but some time you just need a touch up and this is perfect for in between trips to the groomer. It cost less than 1 trip for 2 dogs to our groomer. Seems to work good and we have used it twice.
