Is it possible to add another set to the extensions to double the height?

Another set of extensions cannot be added to the feeder.
Is the small extension the size that fits the cat neater feeder?

The Small leg extensions (4 included) fit the Small Neater Feeder for Dogs and the Neater Feeder for Cats. They raise the bowls from 3 - 4.5 inches off of the ground. The Medium leg extensions (4 included) fit the Medium Neater Feeder for Dogs. They raise the bowls from 5 - 7.5 inches off of the ground. The Large leg extensions (4 included) fit the Large Neater Feeder for Dogs. They raise the bowls from 8 - 11 inches off of the ground.
So am I understanding this correctly? When I order the small extensions for $5.99, do I show quantity 1 for 1 set of four? Or do I put quantity 4 for $5.99 each?
