LOVE the collar, super disappointed in the clasp.

These collars are pretty darn pricey yet also pretty darn cute. What's not cute is that the breakaway clasp doesn't work, as in, it doesn't stay locked, at all

These collars are pretty darn pricey yet also pretty darn cute. What's not cute is that the breakaway clasp doesn't work, as in, it doesn't stay locked, at all. I can put this collar on my cat and in less than a minute, she has it off. The clasp fails repeatedly. Is there a way to fix the clasp? Seems I have to buy another collar.
