Love these
By Starlasue on Jan 25, 2021
Jack, our 14 y.o. Shihtzu, has arthritis in his hips and legs. With his short legs I hesitated to get him a knee brace. I tried these hock braces and they are perfect for him. It gives his hock more stability so we are seeing less limping and it’s easier for him to stand up when he had them on. And he isn’t falling over when he goes potty. He doesn’t even mind putting them on. All in all, we are very happy with these.

Helped my dog a lot
By Pondlilli on Jan 10, 2021
For the past year or so, my dog has been suffering from sprains to his right rear leg. He loves to run as fast as he can when I take him to the park, but he would end up limping for 2 or 3 days afterward. Sometimes, he's not even able to get off of the couch or walk. These braces are a game-changer. I did as suggested and bought a size smaller than what is recommended. They fit him perfectly. I put them on my dog as soon as they arrived. He has been able to run without injury. At first, he wasn't happy about me putting them on but he quickly got used to them. I think he realized that they helped to stabilize his back legs. Very pleased with this purchase since it is inexpensive and avoids large For the past year or so, my dog has been suffering from sprains to his right rear leg. Hock brace
By Kittymom on Feb 10, 2021
My 14 yr old kitty hurt her back leg, & has a luxated patella (knee joint). It was actually bowing outward when she put weight on it!! I bought an XS brace, trimmed off the hair around both back leg joints, put these braces on, & it has helped her tremendously!!! I take them off when she’s done eating, & ready to nap, and after 10 days, she’s doing really well!

Hock brace
By Dakotasmom on Jan 14, 2021
I was hoping that these would stabilize my dog's back legs. She has a herniated disc in her back so her back legs are extremely weak. Also she had one of her front legs amputated 2 years ago due to osteosarcoma. So, basically, she has one good leg, and I am trying every option I can to help her. Anyway, These don't help as much as I was hoping, but I think they help somewhat. I will say though, I have tried several things (harnesses, toe grips, pad grips, shoes, etc.) and Chewy's customer service is by far the best I have ever dealt with in any business.

My dog hates them
By Bellaanddukesmom on Jan 31, 2021
I give these 2 stars because Im not sure if, they work or not. My dog will not keep them on. He wont move, after I put them on. They fit ok, look just like the picture. I got size small, maybe should of got medium, my dog is mixed pug breed. He hates them though! I will give it try again, he has arthritis, and I was really hoping these would help him.

Handy Helpers
By brace on Dec 12, 2020
I am a physical therapist for humans, but after seeing a vet (not helpful in determining cause of right leg limping) and finding her sore spot just above the hock, I decided to try these. I believe they are helping her ability to enjoy our daily hikes. I also started her on glucosamine. Get lots of questions and compliments while out walking. It has been 3 weeks and there is definitely less limping.

Perfect fit!
By Chloe on Feb 19, 2021
Ms Chloe is just 10lbs of love. She has tiny legs and I certainly was happy with the fit. Next time she starts limping I'll be ready. Good price for pain relief.
