This surgical recovery suit is not designed to prevent your pet from using the bathroom. The suit does not cover a pet's private area.

Very nice, soft and stretchy material

Fits very well, has 3 zippers to adjust size around body. I got an XL for my 50lb bassethound. He seems very comfortable in it and he is not restricted to move

Fits very well, has 3 zippers to adjust size around body. I got an XL for my 50lb bassethound. He seems very comfortable in it and he is not restricted to move in any way. Another plus the dog can still go potty and not get it messy. Definitely a good buy moneywise and for the quality. It only took 2 days from the order to delivery. Thank you Chewy :-)

Such a great product. The vest is easy to put on (thanks to the image on package). We chose a medium for our 15 lb cockapoo. The doc requested less compression and the vest’s three zippers made let us choose the level. Pup tolerates it well and his incision is protected. Gave me peace of mind and gave my pup freedom and comfort.

We love this vest! Our dog ran into a fire hydrant at the park and got a massive hematoma and puncture wound on her chest, and the compression really helped shrink

We love this vest! Our dog ran into a fire hydrant at the park and got a massive hematoma and puncture wound on her chest, and the compression really helped shrink the hematoma and kept her calm while she was recovering. We were able to slip an ice pack as well under the vest to help ice her chest. Highly recommend this!!

Perfect for Wound on chest

This suit worked perfect for my pup. He had a wound on his chest in between his arms and I needed to keep the dressing on the wound. I do keep a blow up donut on

This suit worked perfect for my pup. He had a wound on his chest in between his arms and I needed to keep the dressing on the wound. I do keep a blow up donut on him while I’m gone because he would constantly lick it and the suit gets wet.. but it also has a “spray patch” right on his chest if you want to spray something on it to Deter them from licking. It is super comfy for him to wear and I don’t have to move it when he pees!!!!! I have a 70lb pup (plotthound mix) so I got the extra large but use the tightest size on the zipper. There are 3 diff zippers for the body suit so you can make it smaller or bigger.. which is great so if you got the wrong size you can still adjust it!!! The Velcro is very strong so it doesn’t come apart at allll for him. (Check size guide) (doesn’t cover spay or neuter area)

Great recovery suit for a male frenchie

My frenchie had to have abdominal surgery last week and the vet recommended a recovery suit instead of a cone. I bought four different ones to have enough to wash

My frenchie had to have abdominal surgery last week and the vet recommended a recovery suit instead of a cone. I bought four different ones to have enough to wash and use. This one has worked the best for him. It covers his incision that goes right up to his boy bits without getting in the way of his pee stream. The others all have to be rolled up for him to use the bathroom and he has still peed on them because they don’t fit tightly like this one does. This one is great because the medium fits his body snuggly and isn’t too long. Great for a frenchie body that is wide and not as long. I haven’t been able to find instructions to wash it so not sure it washable, but otherwise it is the best.
