Hard to launch

I had an operation & bought this launcher to pick up the ball without touching the dirty ball, which it does but I still have to bend down to pick it up, my hands

I had an operation & bought this launcher to pick up the ball without touching the dirty ball, which it does but I still have to bend down to pick it up, my hands do get to stay clean but I still have to throw the balls because it's stiff & hard to launch without throwing the balls which shortens our playing time. It's good but soften the plastic so it's easier to launch & make it a little longer, I'm 5'5". I shouldn't have to bend down.

Extra ball holder was NOT included

The extra ball holder was NOT included in my March '22 order. This is clearly not in accordance with the pictures displayed. I saw numerous other reviews mention

I saw numerous other reviews mention this, but I thought that since there weren't any recent ones, perhaps this issue had been resolved. It hasn't. Don't expect the extra ball holder.

Dont.order without other balls

Ball was destroyed in less then a minute, choke hazzard for any size pet. Handle appears to be sturdy enough, but i have not had a chance to test.it out

False Description

Did not come with ball holder. I have two dogs and have used this launcher in the past and we have loved it so much that I wanted to order more! BUTTTT....... this

Did not come with ball holder. I have two dogs and have used this launcher in the past and we have loved it so much that I wanted to order more! BUTTTT....... this time I order two and they did not come with the ball holder as expected. Very disappointing and will be returning
