I have bought this ball before and they were perfect for Charley, this one was not soft like previous ones, so no bounce, but he loves his balls so not an issue

wrong size
My 15-pounder loves to chew and chase this ball. I bought the larger size by mistake so gotta return them. But the small ones he loved, though he was able to chew

Great for moderate chewers
Our 40lb mixed breed (looks similar to a German shorthaired pointer) loves theses! He is a big chewer, but he doesn't have as strong of a jaw as other breeds.
Our 40lb mixed breed (looks similar to a German shorthaired pointer) loves theses! He is a big chewer, but he doesn't have as strong of a jaw as other breeds. He loves to chew on toys, but he will destroy anything that has a seam within a few hours. He just works at one spot until he gets a thread, and once he does it's only a matter of time before it's ruined. The nice thing about this toy is that it's soft and will squish when he chews it, but the outer layer prevents him from easily getting to the fabric inside! It's also a great size for him. He falls in between sizes with toys that are meant for big chewers... a lot of toys are either too small that they become a choking hazard, or too big that he has a hard time carrying them around. We will definitely be purchasing these again!

Fun but after 2 day, 1/4 of it was gone so good for fetching but not good for chewing.Inside makes a very quiet squishy noise.

I’m usually very happy with the quality of Nerf’s other dog products, and own several, but these just weren’t up to the same standard. If you have a dog that likes to chew rough, I’d pass on these. Maybe go for something larger too.

I was disappointed to find out that they are extremely small and nothing like I was expecting. He still loves the toy just wish it the size was displayed clearly in the images . The inner fabric ball has already ripped with very little play. Not worth $18.

Not many dog toys hold up to our Red Heeler’s play, she is obsessed with fetch and soccer, and catch, and chasing...but destroys most toys we give her for that purpose in a few hours (sometimes minutes), so I was pleasantly surprised that this toy has held up well for multiple weeks now (for our dog that is really saying something). It’s by far her favorite toy now, she basically only taking breaks from playing to eat, sleep, and go to the bathroom. I would definitely recommend it for high energy dogs that are tough chewers but love to play fetch, like ACD’s.
