Feeding Instructions
For lactating ewes, feed 1 to 3 pounds per head per day. For standard maintenance, feed 1 to 2 pounds per head per day. Feed along with good quality hay or pasture. For all stages of sheep.

Extremely dusty.
Bought this food because of the ingredients however it is at least 50% dust. Also this product is half the price on the actual manufacturer website and another
Bought this food because of the ingredients however it is at least 50% dust. Also this product is half the price on the actual manufacturer website and another $35 for shipping. Chewys is rolling that shipping charge out to its customers by charging $69. Better to ask your local feedstock to start carrying it.

Wanted to like this grain, and spent the extra $$$ for this organic whole grain feed, along with the sheep mineral from this same brand, for my 2 new pet sheep, ages 6 and 8. However, this grain is riddled with so many fine/dust particles that what little I have feed (as a treat) makes them sneeze and they leave all the dusty stuff behind. Really disappointing quality for the price and won't be ordering again unless CHEWY can fix the problem.

The description of this product sounded perfect for my wool producing sheep. When I got it I added to my current feed to acclimate them over thinking it would be my new feed. When I poured it in my feed container it was dust with unrecognizable grains in the dust. My sheep now are refusing to eat because it is too dusty. It doesn't look healthy at all. I am terribly disappointed and I have to now buy new feed, added expense. Not happy!
