Wow! This food does NOT stink at all. It is a thick, mousse-like pate. I was further impressed my cat actually ate this texture, repeatedly, as it is one he typically does not like. Maybe he also appreciated the odor free air around his bowl? We both win there! He's a picky fella who enjoys a little variety -- I'll add this brand into his rotation to help avoid his own version of food fatigue. This product is packaged in lined aluminum tins that are super easy to pop open. The elderly and people with mobility issues will likely find this appealing compared to some of the steel cans that are like pulling nails out of a floorboard. The lid pulls off cleanly. First time trying this brand. On the next go, I'll blend in a little water to loosen it up some. It can definitely handle more moisture without turning into soupy mess. Good product.

I am gladly submitting this review for the Next Level Super Premium cat food. We chose the chicken & liver dinner paté for cats. I own a Ragdoll and a rescue kitty: Bolten and Sheeba. They both arrive in the kitchen and clearly communicate when they think it’s time to be served their Next Level dinner. The cat food has a pleasant smell and I was struck by the soft and smooth consistency of the pâté. The maker suggests to serve at room temperature. If I do try to serve it from the refrigerator, my cats delay eating, as if they have read the recommendation. There was no problem transitioning my cats from their previous soft food. As a matter of fact, they were thrilled with the change, evidenced by their tendency to clean their bowls instead of nibbling at intervals. The first three ingredients are chicken, chicken broth, and chicken liver. You can be assured that your fur baby is getting chicken and liver dinner as the label implies with plenty of protein. I do not hesitate in recommending this product.

My boy loves this stuff. I use it as something to hide his medicine pills in (they’re relatively small but he gets two a night) and give it to him as a little treat/dessert

I typically give him meds around 8pm and it’s gotten to the point where he will start reminding me that it’s snack/dessert time once time gets close. My girl is picky and doesn’t like pâté but my boy can’t get enough.

Night 2 went a bit better with them each eating about half their bowl, and not going. Back to it for grazing. Not sure if it is the liver, because they generally will devour most chicken based foods. Definitely not a favourite for them, even though it is made with great ingredients

I am very happy with the fact that the first three ingredients in this cat food are chicken, chicken broth, and chicken liver. I see Taurine, which is necessary, and something I always check for. For myself, I find the texture of this food to be somewhere between mousse and slime, and I hate the smell, but I'm not the one eating it. The cats BOTH go wild for this and clean their dishes completely every single time.
Superior and healthy formula
I opened the can and found a nice soft pate. The ingredient list looks great, lots of good vitamins. I have 5 cats and my young one would eat it. My elderly toothless

My elderly toothless did not, sadly as it was nice and soft texture. Of all my cats and strays none would eat it. I gave 10 of the cans to a TNR colony manager for strays and hope they like it.

I've fed it to them repeatedly and they all love it. When comparing the ingredients to my current food, they are very similar. I am very pleased with this product and plan to order it in the future.
