While this collar is not advertised as being completely waterproof, it is weather resistant.

Does this lighted necklace get buried under the dog's fur? My medium dog has fur kind of like a German shepherd.

Bright But With a Big Negative

I love the different color choices and the color wave of all the colors. However, it's a nightmare and nearly impossible to charge. I have to sit with it and hold

I love the different color choices and the color wave of all the colors. However, it's a nightmare and nearly impossible to charge. I have to sit with it and hold the charger at just the right angle to get it to charge. This makes my hand cramp and my fingers very sore! It's so frustrating because it's awesome other than that. I'm so disappointed.

Blinky collar

This was an identical replacement for same brand collar bought over 4 years ago locally. Our dog is a black German Shepherd and this collar is a great safety measure

This was an identical replacement for same brand collar bought over 4 years ago locally. Our dog is a black German Shepherd and this collar is a great safety measure for the late night walks (early sunset in winter). Our first one stopped taking a charge after 4+ years of use. We got our monies worth. I was happy to find it on Chewy and replaced within 2 days, on Christmas Eve no less.

I use this as light-up necklaces for my kids

I'm not kidding, I wanted a way to make my kids more visible on nighttime walks. This is big enough to fit over their heads and be worn like a necklace. It's reliable;

It's reliable; we had 2 and recently bought 3 more for cousins. The 2 we have had for years. It's really nice that they are rechargeable, and my kids haven't broken them.

Problems charging

I’ve bought two now and neither one of them charge properly. You have to keep messing with it to get it to start charging then it stops and ya mess with it again

These overall are great for night walking

The reason for the 3 stars is that they don't come with a charger and are so finicky to charge, it's rather annoying constantly plugging them in and adjusting so

If they need a specific charger, they should come with one. That being said, we use them almost daily and I like that the dogs are visible.
