Great solution

Hard to see my 16 pounder racing around among the bushes and trees in the back yard in very low light, and need to catch where he poops before he circles back to it to you-know-what. This "necklace" is terrific. It's plastic tubing that's pretty inflexible, but enough to adjust the size if needed. I didn't have to adjust the size of the "mini" size - it slips over his head, stays on for the duration of his romp, and is extremely lightweight too - it doesn't bother or distract him, I'm thinking, because he has yet to try to chomp on it or wriggle out of it. I can follow his movements and see where he is -- the entire necklace is lit up. Cycle through all the colors or set it to one color. Super easy and no more impatience or stressing out in the dark!

Make sure that you read the name

It is a great item. The problem is that I didn't read the complete name of the item. I missed the "Mini" part. This item barley fits on my babies nose, not to mention going over his head, or around his neck. These lights come in very handy when you have black puppies and it is dark outside. I gave it to a friend that has a ankle biter.

Wrong Size

Unfortunately, when placing the order for this collar, I failed to notice the word "mini." Did not realize that oversight until I received the collar. Instead of returning it (too much trouble), I gave it to a friend who has a small dog. I will be ordering another safety collar and will pay closer attention to the size.

"NiteHowl Mini" Rocks!

This color is so easy to adjust. It's a very comfortable collar. The colors are all very bright. He didn't seem to mind the light on it at all. Going to use on the Beach at Night.

I wish it fit around his neck but it works for what I want it to :)
