When you say micro cable, do you mean a cable that will charge an iPhone?

No a micro USB is different, but a common type of cord you can find easily at most retailers.
do they come in a small size? I have 2 pugs and I think the XL will be too big.

At this time, the Nite Ize SpotLit XL Rechargeable Dog Collar Light is only available in one size. It measures approximately 1.8 inches long x 2.8 inches wide x 0.9 inches tall and weighs approximately 1 ounce (29 grams).
What USB Cable to I get to charge my Nite Ize rechargeable light for my dog's collar?

This collar light is able to be recharged using a Micro USB cable (not included). We currently do not carry a micro USB cable on our site however, it is compatible with most standard cables which connect to a smart phone, tablet or other similar devices.
When on disco mode, what are all the colors it cycles through?

Great until it stopped charging

I purchased two of these about a year ago and picked the rechargeable ones specifically to be less wasteful, but neither lasted a year. I only used them for the occasional evening walk, so they didn't need to be charged often, but after 2 or 3 charges, both stopped charging. The lights can be turned on while they are plugged in, but no amount of time charging will make them work unplugged again. When I got online to see if there was a work around, I found that this is apparently a known issue and I'm disappointed that I didn't know before I made the purchase.

So far, so good!

We've only had these for a couple weeks, but so far they work great! The clip is a little rigid, but I know it's secure on my pup's collar. Just charged for the first time and getting the cover off took some work, but it's not unreasonable. Just hoping they last longer than those posting the 1- and 2-star ratings!

repeated buyer

I’ve bought a lot of these lights. I started with the collars. I then got the small lights for the collars on my 2 dogs that passed a couple of years ago. I now have 3 dogs. I bought 1 small recharging and 2 large. The small one quit working almost immediately. I figured I just had bad luck. Now maybe 6 months into use I have 3 large again one quit working. I’m pretty annoyed since these aren’t cheap but I really like being able to light these up at night and see my dogs well. It is very dark where I live so I almost feel trapped into replacing it. They don’t get wet and once in awhile I take them off clean them with alcohol swabs and charge them. I’m curious to see how many others have similar situations.

Great so far

It's been about a month and I have zero complaints. These charge up quickly and last quite a while on each charge, and they're great for spotting my dogs in our big yard at night (and for others to be able to see them on night walks).
