Flimsy Product
This was not as advertised. It was flimsy, and lopsided. Despite advertising it will hold a 100 LB animal, I don't believe it could have supported our 40 LB dog
This was not as advertised. It was flimsy, and lopsided. Despite advertising it will hold a 100 LB animal, I don't believe it could have supported our 40 LB dog. To Chewy's credit, they immediately refunded our money with no questions asked, and are not requiring a return. Excellent customer service.
