Carefully remove the compressed foam from its packaging. Important: Allow the foam to fully expand and rebound. This process can take up to 72 hours.
Step 2: Arrange the Cover:
Gently place the main cover over the foam, starting with the top step. Ensure the cover is aligned properly for a snug fit.
Step 3: Secure the Zipper:
Close the zipper located on the bottom part of the cover. Tip: Use two fingers to guide the zipper smoothly, keeping it away from the foam to prevent snagging.
Note: The foam is compressed to minimize packaging material and reduce environmental impact. While we understand it can be challenging to wait, we appreciate your patience as the foam regains its full shape. This ensures the best performance and comfort for your pet.

I really am disappointed. I have a set of leather dog stairs from another company and they are BLACK Leather...Not gray material with leather on the sides. The stairs I have now lasted over 12 years. I just couldn't find them this time and thought I'd try this company. I think I'm going to return them and keep looking. Black is not gray and leather is not material. The picture of them online shows black and it looks like leather but the top of the stairs is material. It's just not right to claim a product is one thing and then when you receive it, it's totally something else. I'm using them with lots of other black leather and flooring, and They look out of place like I made a mistake. Big disappointment. Now I have to pack them up (they come air compact packaged) and ship them back. It's a pain.

There is no way they can hold 100 LBS! Every time Clea tried to get on them the foam sinks and they slide and flip. Scares her so she won't use them!
