Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Unpack the Compressed Foam:

Carefully remove the compressed foam from its packaging. Important: Allow the foam to fully expand and rebound. This process can take up to 72 hours.

Step 2: Arrange the Cover:

Gently place the main cover over the foam, starting with the top step. Ensure the cover is aligned properly for a snug fit.

Step 3: Secure the Zipper:

Close the zipper located on the bottom part of the cover. Tip: Use two fingers to guide the zipper smoothly, keeping it away from the foam to prevent snagging.

Note: The foam is compressed to minimize packaging material and reduce environmental impact. While we understand it can be challenging to wait, we appreciate your patience as the foam regains its full shape. This ensures the best performance and comfort for your pet.

Perfect for small dogs, gold color slightly different

We have four small dogs, the smallest two being a chihuahua puppy, and a 10 lb Yorkie mix. These stairs are a good mix of functional, and they look good as well

We have four small dogs, the smallest two being a chihuahua puppy, and a 10 lb Yorkie mix. These stairs are a good mix of functional, and they look good as well. They don't slide around at all because we have them on a rug, as well as the dogs using them are pretty small. I saw another review saying it slid all around all over, and it might do that on a wooden floor or something but on a sturdy rug, It's great. The gold is definitely more of a camel tan in person than the photos, which shows it more turmeric yellowy. Overall though, love it, definitely recommend and I like the semi sculptural looking option of having the two at the end of the bed versus a ramp.

Sent wrong color & measurements incorrect

I was very excited to splurge and get a new higher stairs for my dogs. First, I ordered black and received grey. Also, the measurements were off more than a few

I was very excited to splurge and get a new higher stairs for my dogs. First, I ordered black and received grey. Also, the measurements were off more than a few inches and shorter than the one I have presently. I let it expand for several days & still, the foam expanded very little. The foam is not very sturdy as well. Disappointed.
