I’m so impressed with the Noah & Paw vegan leather small dog carrier. It’s incredibly soft and looks just like real leather—plus the green color is even prettier in person. The interior is lined with a fluffy faux fur that makes it super cozy and inviting for pups. The adjustable strap is a thoughtful touch, making it easy to carry while keeping my dog secure. There are also handy pockets on either side for small items like treats or waste bags, or even a cell phone! The quality is excellent—very sturdy and well made. My 20 lb. mini doodle fit perfectly inside and, to my surprise, was totally content being carried around, which is a first for her! I highly recommend this carrier to anyone with a small dog who needs or wants the option to carry them comfortably and stylishly.

I think this bag is pretty close to perfect for most small breeds. First the good stuff, then I’ll address the minor issues that keep it from being a five star item for me. First impressions upon opening the box were very positive. This bag looks more expensive than it is and I love the deep green color. The two exterior pockets have nice magnetic closures and can easily accommodate my iPhone, a set of keys, and a small card wallet. As far as the interior goes, my dog (8lb chiweenie) liked the soft minky-type faux fur lining. She was actually happy to snuggle down inside and rest when I put the bag down, which she would normally never do! I like the safety of an interior collar clip and triple snap closure. My girl is old enough now that she has little interest in jumping out, but when she was a curious and excitable pup she would have benefited from this thoughtful design, for sure. Now, on to the little things I feel this bag gives a swing and a miss. Most important for me would be an interior zipper pocket. I hate trying to take my dog with me somewhere and having to either juggle two bags, or completely rearrange my whole wallet and “out the door” system to make it possible. I’d like to be able to bring my full size wallet without it being in my dog’s way (or covered in her hair). It would be great if I could keep poop bags and a few treats in one of those exterior pockets instead of my keys, you know? As for my dog’s comfort, and maybe this is just my girl but, she would like a stiffer bottom to the bag. She feels safe and stable with a more rigid base lining. I know that would change the bag profile a bit, but it would be worth it to me. So, two little things that would really put this bag into five star territory for me, but overall this is one of the best bags we’ve tried. My girl has NEVER wanted to stay in the bag once I sat it down, so I’m calling that a big win. I’m glad she thinks it’s cozy and I think it’s cute!

The carrier has two pockets one on each end. I was able to put my phone and keys on one side and credit card holder and sun glasses in the other pocket. It would also be great for treats, doggie poop bags, etc. I wanted to be hands free so I used the side pockets for my own personal items. The carrier has a clip to attach to your pets collar or harness for safety inside the carrier. I tried it for wit my Chihuahua. She loved it because as a rescue she is shy and timid. She felt safe inside and was happy. I also tried the carrier with my smaller Boston and she loved it because she was able to stick her head out and get a lot of attention and petting. I really am very happy with the product, quality and presentation.

It has a very warm furry lining that seems to retain heat well, so while this doesn’t seem ideal for warm weather, it seems like it will be perfect in the colder months. I appreciate the built in tether so she stays in. For reference, my dog is 5 pounds. The strap is thick so it doesn’t dig into my shoulder. The small pockets are perfect for stashing bags and treats.

The inside is lined with a soft material so my pup will stay comfortable. There is a strap you can clip your dog to keep him safer. My little guy is about 14 pounds and fits well in the bag. He is a long dog and still has some room. He's never been in a carrier before and he got into it without too much of a struggle. I will say that it can get warm in the pouch on a hot summer day. I plan to use the pouch as an emergency aid for when we go on long hikes. Our pup is getting older and sometimes he needs to be carried on longer walks. This bag will make it easier to manage him, as even at 14 pounds, carrying him can feel quite heavy. The bag helps distribute his weight and makes it easier to carry him.
