Step 1: Unpack the Compressed Foam:
Carefully remove the compressed foam from its packaging. Important: Allow the foam to fully expand and rebound. This process can take up to 72 hours.
Step 2: Arrange the Cover:
Gently place the main cover over the foam, starting with the top step. Ensure the cover is aligned properly for a snug fit.
Step 3: Secure the Zipper:
Close the zipper located on the bottom part of the cover. Tip: Use two fingers to guide the zipper smoothly, keeping it away from the foam to prevent snagging.
Note: The foam is compressed to minimize packaging material and reduce environmental impact. While we understand it can be challenging to wait, we appreciate your patience as the foam regains its full shape. This ensures the best performance and comfort for your pet.

Unfortunately, the item came in with a hole in the inner cover.I was able to reach out to the actual owner in south florida. She had promised me that he would send me out a new inner cover. We talked a few minutes. I thought he was sincere. I never received the on top of that since the item was too soft for my labador retriever. I went ahead and sent it back. I was very impressed that chewy stands behind everything they sell. They are an amazing company. No questions asked, they sent me a new one. But since it wasn't able to be sustaining his weight.They sent me a shipping label and shipped it back and a full refund. Thank you chewy.
The best design for our smaller short-legged dogs!
The steps are deeper but shorter, which makes them safer for all of our shorter dogs. Major is smaller, but he has much longer legs and can still use the steps

Both are perfect for our dogs. We use one for the sectional and one for the bed. Eventually, we will probably need another one for a different bed. Also, they are very easy to spot clean. LisaJane is diabetic. I had to give her honey and dropped some on the top step of the four-step set. We are thrilled with them and glad we found them!

Just wish they were a little deeper as my Greyhound has long legs and can't walk down them very easily, but otherwise a nice product.

Steps are way to small for any dog. I will be calling for a refund and return. Not worth my hard earned money.
