This was the first toy I have ever got for my dog that required inflation. Two immediate green flags: no stuffing and a free pump!! So right off the bat I am sold
This was the first toy I have ever got for my dog that required inflation. Two immediate green flags: no stuffing and a free pump!! So right off the bat I am sold. The real test was the dog. This toy was a little too big for my 25 lbs dog but perfect for my 75 lbs dog. He loved the hanging straps to pull and chew on, they flanked the toy in a very convenient way for him. I haven't looked at it close enough yet to see if he punctured it or just perfectly found the air hole and deflated it but it did lose some air. I should be able to patch it up pretty easily though. He didn't immediately destroy it so this is a win for us.

My dog absolutely lost her mind over the Nocciola Football Interactive Dog Toy. The moment it came out of the box, she acted like it was the Super Bowl and she was the MVP. The straps make it easy for dogs to grab, shake, and parade around the house like they just scored the winning touchdown. That said… she also managed to deflate it within a few hours. Impressive athleticism on her part, not so impressive durability on the toy’s part. She still plays with the sad little flat version like it’s priceless, but just know this isn’t built for heavyweight chewers. Overall: fantastic engagement, great design, huge fun factor — just wish it held air longer than my patience during a Monday morning meeting. Would still recommend for light-to-moderate chewers or supervised play.

This football toy is really cute, and the different ropes/tabs were handy while they lasted. Really appreciated that the pump came with the football since it ships flat and we had to inflate it. My dogs were a bit confused at first but then got the hang of tugging the straps and carrying it around. Really excited to try it this summer when we go swimming, love having a toy they can play with in the water.

I really love how it’s made to deflate if it’s played with too rough so it doesn’t break my dogs really like it. They like that they could pull and tug on it. It would be fine for medium dogs that aren’t heavy chewers cause my corso was able to rip off one of the pulls (duh) but so far my husky and shepherd/lab mix have been having a great time with it and no damage.

Unfortunately, I never even got a chance to test that feature. My two 1-year-old dogs destroyed this toy in under five minutes. The material just didn’t hold up at all. The ball was practically shredded instantly. If you have dogs that are even moderately enthusiastic chewers, this toy probably won’t last. Great idea, extremely poor durability.

How cheap the ball was made, it was thin and didn’t last 1 day.
