Jamie's vet recommended this solution

After surgery to relieve Edna is his ear flap, this was given by the vet to swab the stitches in his head flap to prevent "wrinkling" of the flap before the stitches

After surgery to relieve Edna is his ear flap, this was given by the vet to swab the stitches in his head flap to prevent "wrinkling" of the flap before the stitches were removed. It worked well, and I continue to use it to keep his ears clean.
