Did not get the delivery

I normally rate 5 stars, however the food I order for Lucy is very important due to health issues and it never came. I always have a couple days of her food left

I normally rate 5 stars, however the food I order for Lucy is very important due to health issues and it never came. I always have a couple days of her food left when I receive her next delivery. I have to wait now for it to be shipped again which means Lucy could run out of food. The driver said it was delivered, but it was not. I would think good business practice would be to guarantee it overnight but I was told 1-3 days . I need to be able to depend on my order being delivered when it’s supposed to be. I worry enough about her health issues, now I’m worried about her running out of food.

Got this for pup small pups as a topper. I add warm water and my picky eater gobbles this up. It’s hard to find dog food that doesn’t contain peas, potatoes or flax
