Can't fully assemble

As another reviewer stated, my scratching post rods were also too big to include as instructed (and as pictured). My cats like the hammock, but without the scratching

As another reviewer stated, my scratching post rods were also too big to include as instructed (and as pictured). My cats like the hammock, but without the scratching posts, it's little more than that and I could have gotten them one of those cheaper than this. Also, the dangle ball at the top should have had the ropes intertwined by default so you can put it over the rod, not leaving it to be tied on - it will likely just come off in a couple days.

My niece’s cats seem to enjoy it

This took much longer to arrive than my Chewy food orders. I was underwhelmed by the packaging. Everything was loose in the brown shipping box. Not a nice gift presentation

the construction and easy assembly. the onlyhard part was hanging the netting
