Horrible delivery/packaging

I was really looking forward to this and upon its delivery was in complete disbelief at the state and lack of care that went into the packaging . Part of the item

I was really looking forward to this and upon its delivery was in complete disbelief at the state and lack of care that went into the packaging . Part of the item was shoved in a flimsy box, and then the other half was wrapped in a plastic like bag and wrapped around the other box with packing tape. It looks like a 5 year old’s attempt at gift wrapping. I’m extremely disappointed as I have been a chewy customer for years, and this is the quality of packaging they are now aspiring to? If this had been damaged during shipping, that’s one thing , however, this left chewy’s warehouse like this. Unacceptable. I love chewy , but my faith in their packaging/quality control/shipping has faded.
