See the photo for guidance.(I was limited to one :/) There is a black flathead tool that blends with the screws. I started with a standard flat head. There are no holes in the corrugated cardboard to guide you. Press the screw through the hole in the wooden piece and manually turn into the side of the cardboard, being mindful of alignment. Once the screw is started it’s easier to use the flathead tool. Tighten to draw the pieces together. Each wall has a shorter and a longer piece. I opted to alternate between the sizes at the connections for stability. My cats will receive this for Christmas so this review covers assembly, not function. I’m hopeful- once assembled it appears solid enough given the price point.

Meh

No instructions included on how to put together. Nugget uses it for the scratcher. not very sturdy.
