Smaller than expected
This ramp arrived with no directions. There are only two options for adjusting the incline. Our dogs will not use this as it doesn't adequately put them in close
This ramp arrived with no directions. There are only two options for adjusting the incline. Our dogs will not use this as it doesn't adequately put them in close enough proximity to make it up onto our bed. I think it also is much smaller than the previous ramp we used. I will have to return it for this reason.
Sturdy but unusable
This product is sturdy, but the carpet on the ramp is made of some slippery carpet material and the dogs paws slip, and he is unable to use it. I would recommend

I would recommend that they use some kind of rubber grip material, as this will typically be purchased for elderly dogs. I will be buying something to replace the carpet on this ramp.

The incline was too steep and the carpeted walking area was slippery. My dog was unable to walk up without slipping.
