Not one bird
I have had this bird feeder filled and hanging for 2 weeks and not a single bird has touched it. I have another feeder and I have 50 or more birds every morning
I have had this bird feeder filled and hanging for 2 weeks and not a single bird has touched it. I have another feeder and I have 50 or more birds every morning waiting to eat from it. I think the perches are too short so yesterday I made them longer with a strong straw and haven’t seen a bird near it.
Fell apart on first filling
Pulled it out of the packaging and one of the ports for the birds just fell off. I picked it up and realized that it snapped in... maybe it comes off for cleaning..?,
Pulled it out of the packaging and one of the ports for the birds just fell off. I picked it up and realized that it snapped in... maybe it comes off for cleaning..?, so I just went on. Filled it with birdseed and the seed started spilling out through the seam running all the way down the plastic tube that just opened up. I used electrical tape and put it out anyway, but I'm sure it will be garbage when I get home tomorrow. The ports were also all strangely closed and I had to pop them open. What a waste of money!
Awaiting Birds
Seems like a super sturdy bird feeder, but have yet to have any birds visit this one. Have the right kind of food so hopefully it isn't the feeder itself...

In a conversation with a daughter pet-lover, I learned she had had a similar, exceptional service experience with Chewey's customer service.
