Not as described/pictured

Every picture of this shows clearly RED feeding ports set in white backgrounds, which is 80% of why I bought this. This showed up with all of them a light-medium

Every picture of this shows clearly RED feeding ports set in white backgrounds, which is 80% of why I bought this. This showed up with all of them a light-medium ORANGE instead of red. Also, it states online here that the plastic base comes apart for easy cleaning. There is no direction of how to do this, and no markings indicating how to do this, and I can't get it apart. Without it coming apart, it looks as though it will be super hard to clean the plastic base.
