It's cheap-looking and doesn't make sense in terms of which food goes where. Even the birds are confused and don't know how to eat from it. The tiny bottom should be the size of a plate, but is much smaller than a saucer. I will have to throw it away.

Twist Design
I thought it was hard to fill. The birds are ignoring it but eating from my other feeders with the same seed.
