What kind of tuna is used in this? What's the level of mercury?

Nulo uses wild-caught skipjack, bonito, and yellowfin tuna the Finely Minced Chicken & Tuna Recipe in this variety pack. The AAFCO maximum tolerance level of mercury in a complete pet food is 2 ppm and the average level of mercury in Nulo’s foods is 0.02 ppm. There are currently no regulations in place requiring pet food manufacturers to test for potentially toxic heavy metals (like mercury) in finished products, however, Nulo has taken a proactive stance and has incorporated heavy metal analysis into our quality control system to ensure that our finished products are safe and far comply with all known scientific standards for heavy metals in pet food.

My kitties usually eat the Pate", but I've had to switch it up so NULO was recommended. They love it, but only the FINELY Minced, nothing bigger.
