This variety contains approximately 0.29% Phosphorus content on an as fed basis (1.41% on a dry matter basis) and 2.22% Carbohydrate content on an as fed basis (10.78% on a dry matter basis).

Nulo strives to provide only the nutrients your pet needs by choosing not to formulate any of their products (canned or dry) with artificial or chemical flavorings, colors, or preservatives. Their natural flavor is simply the concentrated flavor extracted from a blend of amino acids and reducing carbohydrates that provides a highly palatable roasted and savory taste to their foods. This process is very similar to sautéing an ingredient, then drying the juices into a concentrated powder. Their natural flavor is derived from the locust bean.

What's inside doesn't match picture on can

My cats are alright with this food, but when I ordered it, based on the picture shown on the can, I thought I was getting cans of shredded meat pieces of chicken

My cats are alright with this food, but when I ordered it, based on the picture shown on the can, I thought I was getting cans of shredded meat pieces of chicken and duck. That's what I wanted. What I got was what appears to be minced pate instead. As I said, my cats are fine with this food. It's not their favorite but they'll eat it. But I was disappointed by the fact that it's not actual pieces of meat as the picture on the can implies.

My poor old man kitty has lost half his teeth and kibble is a bit of a challenge. He's been getting into wet foods, but it can't have any form of fish or tapioca in it or he won't eat it. The only things he'll eagerly eat every time is this food and some toppers I have gotten. Now to find rabbit meat wet food with all the goodies he needs so he won't get sick of this food.

What is going on with Nulo minced turkey and shredded chicken with duck

I opened a can of shredded chicken and duck and the can was half full. Also the minced turkey my cat won’t eat anymore and it always has a bad smell. I have been using nacho brand turkey 5oz. And chicken 3 oz and my cat loves it and the quality looks much better as it is filled with moisture. Every can of Nulo is now dried out. Someone has to find out what is going on with this company. They have been sold several times and I am not confident in the quality anymore. Anyone please let me know because their is chatter online about peoples cats getting sick. Chewey please find out.
