For best results, Nulo’s Functional Powders are designed to be served dry directly from the jar by sprinkling over your pet’s favorite food. Mixing the powders with warm or hot liquids may negatively affect the probiotic strains and other bioactive ingredients contained in the powders. If liquid is used, it should be a room temperature or cooler, and the mixture should be served immediately.

Every cat can be finicky, but none of mine would eat their food if this was mixed in it. Which is a shame, because the extra nutrients would have been a welcome

Just Started It

Since I have just started it for the first time and I put just a tiny bit in Flickers food, I don’t know how it’s going to go over with him. So far it too small

Since I have just started it for the first time and I put just a tiny bit in Flickers food, I don’t know how it’s going to go over with him. So far it too small a dose for him to possibly taste it. I will be increasing the dosage, daily, until we reach the recommended dose. Then I’ll watch to see if he has any improvement.

I'm guessing my cat of 17 years doesn't like the taste of this product. I've tried different ways to sneak it into him, but he refuses. On the other hand, he really likes the taste of Viralys. It wasn't available to purchase one time and so I tried Nulo.

About to finish up the first jar and so far Leon Lewis' coat does seem to be softening and his poos are a tiny bit better (suffers from constipation/dryer poops even w/ high quality wet food). I dare say even his moods seems a tiny bit better though he is always ready to protest something about his day, lol. That being said, he is a pleasantly plump 16 lbs. and therefore the instructions list 3 scoops daily which will last about 5 weeks give or take so I may go down to 2 scoops and see what results and if I can get a tiny bit more out of the jar. Years ago I did a lot of research on cat foods/brands/safety and Nulo is a brand I always felt quite confident about. I always try a natural holistic approach if possible and this seems like a good overall health product as Leon is getting up there in age (15yrs). At first he stuck up his nose as he does with every new food item, but then after he gave it a few tastes it does seem like he goes nuts for dinner now knowing he is getting this mixed in. It does recommend not to mix with warm or hot water but on the days it's a leftover can from the fridge and a bit hard, I do mix a tiny bit of cold water on.

My picky cats eat it!

For whatever reason, my very picky cats do not mind this sprinkled onto their dry food. I put a full scoop on a 1/2 cup of dry food and mix it around. It perfectly

For whatever reason, my very picky cats do not mind this sprinkled onto their dry food. I put a full scoop on a 1/2 cup of dry food and mix it around. It perfectly coats all the food and they will eat it all! I’ve noticed their coats have been shinier, they play more and their bowel movements are regular! I really like this product for my kitties
