Pricey for mediocre nutritional value

Nulo certainly did a fantastic job of making this food appeal to humans, it is beautiful. Unfortunately, often times what looks good to us isn't ideal for our kitties

Nulo certainly did a fantastic job of making this food appeal to humans, it is beautiful. Unfortunately, often times what looks good to us isn't ideal for our kitties. This is a great example of that. This food is quite a bit higher in carbs and much lower in protein than I like to feed my cats. My cats did eat it, mostly. When given the option between their normal food and this, they chose their normal food. However, when it was the only option, they did eat it, but didn't enthusiastically lick their dishes clean. I also think the price seems a awfully high given the nutritional value. I'd feed this as an occasional treat if I found it on an incredible deal, but I wouldn't personally pay full price in the future.

My cat would not eat this food. It has a lot of healthy sounding ingredients except for the sunflower oil. The rice pieces are pretty hard and it just was visually

My cat would not eat this food. It has a lot of healthy sounding ingredients except for the sunflower oil. The rice pieces are pretty hard and it just was visually unappealing, it really looks like cat vomit. I took some to my Mom and her cats ate without hesitation so I guess my cat is just overly picky. It doesn't have a strong smell so heating it up a bit might help entice your cat. Besides my cat not liking it, I would not buy this product because of the sunflower oil and the price.

I have a five year-old male cat. I feed him twice a day, but fed him the nulo cat food in the pouch in the evenings. He really seemed to enjoy the food. The texture

I have a five year-old male cat. I feed him twice a day, but fed him the nulo cat food in the pouch in the evenings. He really seemed to enjoy the food. The texture is thicker than the other brand of canned cat food I’ve been using for him. It’s very rich and thick.The food doesn’t have an offensive fishy smell to it. He most definitely loved it and cleaned his bowl every night. Seems to be a very rich cat food with other nutrients in it that are beneficial to my cats overall well-being. The only reason I gave it four stars was the pouch itself, to me It’s a little difficult to get all of the food out of the pouch. other than that, he loved it I would purchase this food in the future.

Most of my 6 kitties ate this food. One completely turned their nose up at it. A few did eat some but ended up leaving quite a bit in their bowls. Especially the rice grain pieces. I really liked how much food was in each pouch. There was easily enough to split between 3 cats as a treat or food topper. I think this would be a good option to keep on rotation but there are definitely other foods they enjoy much more.

Two of my three senior kitties will eat this food. They don’t seem to love it, but they eat it. It’s a high quality food, and I appreciate that it’s fairly high in calories because they struggle to keep weight on. I do wish there were fewer ingredients. I don’t think rice and carrots are necessary, for example.
