How does this product compare to Dasaquin. Which is better?

Dasuquin and Cosequin are both dog joint supplements made by Nutramax Labs. Both products contain glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM. The difference between Dasuquin and Cosequin is that Dasuquin also contains ASU, which is an additional ingredient believed to prevent cartilage erosion. We recommend consulting with your vet on the best option for your pet.

The capsules can be administered directly by mouth or disguised in a pill concealer. The capsules can also be pulled apart and contents sprinkled over wet or moist food.

At what age can this be giving as a long term supplement for a young, very active dog? Can I start my 8 month old cattle dog on it?

Spinkles are easy but more importantly the kindness of Chewy is overwhelming!

I bought the Glucosamine sprinkles, for my elderly dog Rosa. Rosalita sadly passed away right after the glucosamine arrived :( I contacted Chewy Customer service

I bought the Glucosamine sprinkles, for my elderly dog Rosa. Rosalita sadly passed away right after the glucosamine arrived :( I contacted Chewy Customer service and they were very kind. Chewy immediately refunded my cost and I passed on the Glucosamine to our local rescue. But what really stands is that not only was customer service rep incredibly kind, A few days later, I received a beautiful card with Chewys condolences. In addition I was sent a beautiful hand painted rock with Rosa’s name as a remembrance. We have Rosa buried out in our backwoods, so I placed it on her grave. What I want to point out, is that Chewy is a large business with exceptional customer service, that still has the time and kindness , to be there for all their present customers and also be there for the people of pets that have passed on! From the bottom of my heart..Thank-You Chewy

The fact that it was powder and I put it in his food and he's eating his food

I'm thrilled that he's eating at cuz he's so picky and he has some collapsible throat and this is good for his cartilage thank you

Helpful during Osteosarcoma

Works for old joints

My dog is ten and a half and starting to look it when she gets up from the sofa and tries to walk around. When I see her start to get what we refer to as her achy

My dog is ten and a half and starting to look it when she gets up from the sofa and tries to walk around. When I see her start to get what we refer to as her achy old joints, I start sprinkling this into her wet food. Within a week or so she's much more limber. She never seem like she's in pain, only very stiff. I'm not sure if this would help if your pet was in pain.

I ordered it before.

I like that it's a powder and I can split the dosage into 2 days easily. Also my dog does not mind the taste of it and will happily eat it on her food.
