Denamarin’s active ingredients individually have been shown to be safe and effective for both dogs and cats in published research studies. This is a tablet and should not be split or crumbled. Tablets should be given on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. They may be given at least two hours after a meal or one hour before a meal. It is recommended for pet owners to administer 3-6 cc of water immediately following any tablet administration to speed passage of the tablet into the stomach.
