About This Item
Details
  • Easy-to-feed soft chews.
  • Formulated for large dogs over 60 pounds.
  • A comprehensive joint health management formula available for dogs.
  • Formulated with high-quality glucosamine, chondroitin, and ASU for further joint health support.
  • This unique patented formula goes beyond a standard joint supplement with a proprietary blend of ingredients that delivers comprehensive joint support to help keep your dog active and moving.

Nutramax has combined over ten years of clinical use and research on their joint health supplement Cosequin with their research in advanced joint health ingredients in developing Dasuquin, a cost-effective formulation for dogs. Dasuquin combines NMX1000 ASU (avocado/soybean unsaponifiables) and decaffeinated tea with Cosequin's FCHG49 glucosamine hydrochloride and TRH122 low molecular weight chondroitin sulfate to provide a comprehensive joint health management formula for dogs. Dasuquin is a dual synergistic formula: its specific glucosamine hydrochloride and low molecular weight chondroitin sulfate have demonstrated synergy in stimulating cartilage matrix production, while ASU also acts synergistically with glucosamine.

probably not again

I'm glad I got the dasuquin tablets but after using the liquid welactin, I'm not a fan of the welactin capsules. Administering capsules to my dogs is really far more difficult. In order to get my pups to eat them I need to cut them into the food, first, and much of it goes onto my hands. very messy business.

Working well, vet recommended

My otho specialist vet recommended. Seem to be working fine. Both dogs will eat them with their food with no complaint.

Good start

I just adopted a 9 year old giant breed dog. His vet recommended these products to keep him mobile and comfortable as long as possible. I put them in his wet food, and he eats them readily.
