Store in a cool, dry place.
Step 1: To use the product, take the tubes out of the package and select one tube. Hold the vial with the notched tip facing upwards and away from the face. Use a pair of scissors to cut off the tip at the notches. Step 2: Turn the vial upside down and use the open end of the tube to part your pet's hair between the shoulder blades. Step 3: Apply the entire contents of the tube to your dog's skin in a single spot between their shoulder blades by squeezing it. It is important to let the treated area dry completely.

It could not have been easier to apply. It did not seem to bother the dog at all, no irritation, scratching, he really took no notice of it. We live in a woodsy area and ticks are a problem every year. My little fella lives inside but we do go outside to play ball and for walks each day so we are constantly checking for any critters we might bring inside. So far have not seen anything at all which is a really good sign. I’ll continue to use throughout the summer months. Now, if I could just find something to keep them off me…

While the ingredients seem to be similar, the consistency seems to be less viscous. Applied it to my senior dog today who didn't seem to be bothered by it. This is my first time using this product but I expect similar results as using the name brand.
