I switched to Nutrish. My dog ate a bag, then I got my second bag and it looked different and smelled weird. I didn't see any recalls or issues reported so I continued and my dog ate half the bag. I opened the second half of the bag and it smelled even worse so I contacted Chewy. I got my third bag and it seems "okaaay". Now I'm nervous about the quality of the food, brand, and the flaky look to it. The second bag had bigger kibble, more of a red tint, and was smelly. The food in the scoop in my picture is the third bag and the food in the bin is the questionable second bag. The difference is grander in person. I'll be switching to something else. I haven't heard the greatest things about the food.

They need a new delivery system

Although this is not chewys fault other than picking who delivers there items, they keep leaving it at the end of my driveway instead of my porch. Im 64 years old

Although this is not chewys fault other than picking who delivers there items, they keep leaving it at the end of my driveway instead of my porch. Im 64 years old and it gets harder just to get it from the porch to my basement let alone the end of a long driveway with 50lb box. If it continues I will be dropping my auto ship and getting in local. Chewy has been nothing but fantastic about getting and fixing orders but I’ve had this happen at least 5 times. I have even called the delivery people and text pictures to the Saginaw office but yet it continues to happen.the products and chewy are great but don’t order anything heavy if your old.

Bad shipment

Package was NOT Left at front door! It was left at the street with ANTS all over the dog food. FEDEX Driver took delivery photo BEFORE the package was dropped. Driver deliberately lied! This is the 3rd time this has happened and I have complained to Chewy about using FEDEX. This is the last time I use Chewy!

I’ve tried both the chicken and beef recipe of this brand and the only way to get my dog to touch it is to put lots of lunch meat or leftover hamburger in it. Was hoping for the best since it has a better price tag and real ingredients but it didn’t fly.

While I understand large bags of dog food are heavy, if you’re not going to package them for shipping correctly, why do you bother offering them for shipping? My box was completely open because there was only one single piece of tape across the top of the box. The contents were nearly dumped into my porch because the box wasn’t taped up enough to handle the load.

She loves it

When it’s time for her to eat, she is sitting there waiting for it. Her old food would sit for four or five hours before she would eat it.
