Dog loves the teething sticks, hates the tooth brush and toothpaste

My 4 month old rescue pup loves the teething sticks and goes wild for them, but HATES the tooth paste. We are still stuck on the finger brush since she cannot stand

My 4 month old rescue pup loves the teething sticks and goes wild for them, but HATES the tooth paste. We are still stuck on the finger brush since she cannot stand the tooth brush yet, but she needs to be held and I have to catch her mid yawn just to get my finger in her mouth! Oh well - it has to be done!
