Poorly packaged

I was disappointed because you used too big of a box and put items on botton that got crushed. You are usually pretty good at this. Please save a tree and use smaller

Please save a tree and use smaller boxes and more paper to keep from rolling around inside. Please be more careful loading boxes. Hope it was a temp that did it. Take pride in your work.
