This carrier is a great design concept with top & side access & especially fold-flat storage BUT BUT BUT latches are poorly engineered, tricky to firmly secure, prone to popping open. Handle not well attached, broke while carrying 16# cat, bouncing him to pavement. Recommend carrying it by comfortable grips on the ends. I ordered 3, good units for light duty, being vigilant with latches & handle. However I have to replace mine with sturdier models. Hey Nylabone, how about taking this great idea to the next engineering level ?????

I didn't buy this crate through Chewy because it was out of stock. But this is the best folding crate I have ever had. It folds and opens up so easily. Other folding
I didn't buy this crate through Chewy because it was out of stock. But this is the best folding crate I have ever had. It folds and opens up so easily. Other folding crates I have had were difficult to open and close but this one is a snap. It stores easily under the bed or in a closet. I am very pleased with this crate.
Good carrier
Needed a strong carrier for my 2 cats. If one is sick other needs to go cause they don't like each other I guess because of the treatment smell. Who knows why so

Think they could chew thru a cloth one because they chewed on other plastic one I have. They won't be chewing on this plastic. Stoutly built but handles should make easy enough to pick up. Not really heavy but with 2 cats (about 20 lbs) they add the weight. On sale after comparing with carriers locally I got a good deal. Great service as always. I buy cat food from Chewy.
It looks too light to be strong, but it is perfect in weight, and strength.
I love that it can fold when not in use. Only problem we seem to notice is our cats like to stay in it when there are between trips! Great product! Five paws!

Upon arrival, I was able to set-up the flat carrier in less than a minute. My kitties immediately went in and I've had it open ever since as they enjoy just laying

I have owned two nylabone pet carriers they are amazing. My friend borrowed the larger one for her German Sheppard puppy who destroyed it. She was a very aggressive puppy who didn't like being confined. I had the kennel for 5 years and not a problem one. The smaller one for my English Cocker spaniel is a great kennel. Just need a new one and purchased it for her last week. Would highly recommend these kennels for your dog.
