This teething ring is labeled "Puppy". All puppies of any size can use Nylabone products labeled "puppy" unless stated otherwise.
Nylabone products labeled "Small" or "Regular" are the products designed for dogs up to 25-lbs.
Your 20-lb puppy can use this ring because it's labeled "puppy". Your 20-lb puppy can also use Nylabone toys labeled "small" or "regular" unless stated they are not intended for puppies.
