The screen top offers ventilation and allows UVB and infrared penetration. The distance between the plastic frame on top of the terrarium to the edge of the heat lamp metal dome must be a minimum of 1 centimeter, this is to prevent the burning of the plastic frame from the heat of the heat lamp.

I love this terrarium. There's plenty of space for my ball python to explode and fully extend her body. I Love how tall it is so I can put plenty of tall items in

I love this terrarium. There's plenty of space for my ball python to explode and fully extend her body. I Love how tall it is so I can put plenty of tall items in for her to climb. one thing I don't like is that the glass doors do shake as you walk by, but I can fix that. If you put both doors together you have make sure that the door you put when you built it is on the right side or the lock wont work right.

I was needing a bigger tank for my juvenile bearded dragon. This is a great option! Provides plenty of room and allows you to have a temperature gradient, unlike the 20 gallon tanks. My Mushu has plenty of room to run around and explore with this tank. She is only 3 months now, so I will be able to keep her in this one for a while before getting a 4x2x2. The sliding doors are a little noisy when you walk around it, but putting a sliding screen lock on may help with that. I just haven’t looked into it. There is another BD in the house with a different tank. It has front, pull open doors and I don’t like it as much. For that tank you have to make sure to lock it back or the BD can get out. I love that this tank locks, but I don’t have to keep it locked to keep it shut. The top screen is also very sturdy. I have a cat and even with my attempts to keep him off the enclosure, this screen is not falling through. I got this while on sale and I’m really happy with it. It is pretty pricey if you don’t catch it on sale. The process of putting it together went pretty smoothly, but I did have trouble with getting the top on. I couldn’t figure out why the sliding doors were loose when I was finished, but realized I had the top backwards. So if you have that issue, just try turning it around.

Assembling is pretty easy and is very aesthetically pleasing with the white color and love the slide doors and ventilation with access to put cords inside if needed my only complaint is for some reason on both tanks glass can easily slide in and out which can be a concern of falling so always needs to be very careful he pushed or it could be a hazard I’m not sure if any others face this issue and like I said it’s still an amazing tank especially for the price I got it it’s just something to be careful of! Love the extra foot in length for the babies

This is a great tank! It's easy to put together, hardest part was getting it into the house because it was quite heavy for me (I'm smol). Anyways! Putting it together was super easy and quick. The directions were clear. And the keys both work! I also like how it's raised slightly so the heating pad doesn't sit against to the table! Great touch!

This enclosure fits the bill if you need a 4 foot enclosure. Very good quality, super easy to assemble and nice to look at. The only negative is that there are two screen doors across the whole top, but I've covered them with white peg board, and that helps keep the humidity in. Really a clean looking enclosure, and I believe it is stackable.

We inherited a 2 year old California Kingsnake from a family member who had passed. Not knowing, until we received the snake, that the bottom of its terrarium was shattered. It needed a new home. The OiiBO was a great price at Chewy. Much cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Shipping was quick too. We have several "knock down" style ReptiZoo Terrariums as well. This one was just as easy to put together and seems to be of a similar quality for a lot less money. Definitely recommended. It has two ventilation screens on the side, which work well for our snake but might not be great for a critter who needs more humidity.
